On monday 6/7 my account was hacked and all my toons gear,items, and gold were taken and the character im posting from was unsuccessfully transferred. I find this toon is now stuck in limbo and none of my other toons has yet to be restored either. I caught the hack as it was taking place and was able to recover my account after contacting a rep later that same day. I was wondering why it was taking so long for this to be looked into when others i know have had items returned soon after reporting thier compromise? Altho, i must admit i am somewhat of a hoarder in game and wonder if that maybe is delaying the normal process. If there is any sorta way a blue could look into this i would appreciate any sorta response as im feeling very lost in the system at this time.
You do have an open investigation, Hertza. At the moment, yours is at 3 days, 18 hours. The investigation queue is currently at the high end of 10-ish days, so it will still be some time before you will hear from your Specialist. They will email you directly with the outcome.
In the meantime - did you find the source of this? How they got hold of your password and ID? That is a vital part of making sure this doesn't recur.
