Item Recovery Question for a Blizz rep

Hey blizz, this may be a stupid question, I may just be flippin' out cus of the long wait (not complaining, you guys got a lot to handle ) But I got this email after asking a question about how many days I was on the queue, I had intially been told I had been forwarded last thursday, this is day 8 for me, but After getting this email, I had a concern that this person "re-applied" me to the queue, basically sending me to the back of the line... stupid question or valid concern? lol
