Reporting a Gold Seller

Before anyone ask me how i know this person is a gold seller, we use to be in an active guild together any every time we do gold runs, he would always advertise in ventrilo if anyone wants to buy gold off of him. Him and several others would always have discussions about how much money he makes and who his best costumers are etc etc. He even advertises in his vent comment. Is there anyway other than opening a ticket to report this guy? At first i didn't really mind him but he keeps pressuring people, including me, to buy gold from him and its getting on my nerves.
