Account hacked ( authenticator attached)

i logged off on wensday the 9th to find out on thursday my account has been hacked and a authentiactor that wasn't mine was attached to my account my in real life friends said my characters have been online all night and they took all the money and materials from the guild bank they were also spending a great deal of time in hellfire ramparts. the authentication wasn't mine please help me regain control of my account i called a great deal of times and all i get is a automated message saying "blizzard is experienceing a high volume of calls and mine can;t be taken at the time " then it hangs up

Have you found the source of this, Yôshi? How did they get your password and ID to add that? That is vital to prevent them from coming right back.

It looks like this was already reported and sent to investigations. That will take a few days.

Looks like you had an authenticator on this account the first part of May. May I ask why you removed it?

I also see you've requested the password be reset - you received that?

If you have your newest password, you should be able to access this again.

I'd concentrate on security of both your system and email, and I'd also highly recommend readding that authenticator if possible.
