Blizzard Pet - Not In Mail Box

According to all the information that I have available, these pets and mounts are indeed arriving, but the process is occurring much more slowly than we would like. Unfortunately, no ETA is currently available regarding when the situation is likely to be resolved.

On the up side, you should receive your Lil' K.T., even if it takes some time.
