Faction Change - Stuck in the process...

Hello blizzard,

Here is my problem. I ordered a faction change today on one of my character (Skareichma - Terokkar US). Everything went well - I even have the transaction ID. Up to there, it's all right. Then, I see

These faction changes have been successfully completed.
The characters are now available to play.
(I had many faction changes in the past and my pally is on this section.)

So here come the problem. Now, when I log in, my character is stuck there, without the Faction Change button, but when I try to log, it tell I can't play with him during such transition. Here's the error message I get: *You cannot log in until the character update process you recently initiated is complete.* Ok, good, I get it, but in the transaction page, my character is in the successfully completed section.

Please, blibli, help me :(

I need:

1. Name and Realm of the character.

2. The error message you are receiving.

If you were able to log into your character after the faction change and were locked out a day or two later you'll need to contact our Billing and Account Services department. There was likely an issue with the payment process.

It appears you have completed your Race Change and are currently logged in on the character. :)
