I can certainly tell you why you may have had your chat and mail privileges temporarily removed, Killaelmo. I believe it has something to do with comments like:

SPAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

I don't believe the people on your realm appreciated it very much and thus the Report Spam feature was utilized to report it.

The restrictions should lift automatically after 24 hours. The reports will also be further reviewed for additional chat violations. It appears that it was just spam, with the use of an inappropriate word, so it is unlikely further action will be taken.
