Pls help. my account is hacked..!

i have all the relevant info, confirming it has in fact been hacked and has an authenticator added to it now.
the most recent email says for me to call account services on their 1800041378 number(im in australia) and it doesnt work.
it says "the number i am trying to call is currently unavailable, please try again later, if this persists, call 1221"
i have been trying at various times over the last 5 days..!

the account has these 3 toons on it.
not sure what to show on a public forum due to privacy.

the email has been changed from mine, which ive been using since may 05, to something new and i cant access the account at all...!

please help me

Hello Halvananah--

Our administrators are looking a little further into the account and have sent you some updated instructions via email. We hadn't heard of any widespread problems with our phone service in Australia, but that doesn't mean something couldn't be wrong. We'll check into that.

In the meantime, please check your personal email for additional instructions on reclaiming the account. We can do this without needing the phonecall.

It looks like there may be a dispute for ownership but you'll need to work directly with our administrators from here. there won't be much more we can go over in the public forum.
