I have put in many tickets for various things in the past, and I know that lately "que times" for tickets have drastically gone up, and for many reasons. In the past month I have placed approximately 6 GM tickets, the first 5 were to report a player who was severely harassing me and my guild, but thats not the issue here. Those tickets, were, on EVERY occasion, answered overnight at longest. And my experiences before that, I have never EVER had more than roughtly a 48 hour wait time on the initial contact, if further investigation or contact was necessary that doesn't count because it was initial contact that counts. However, the most recent ticket I put in, is now going on 8 days and I am still in my "We are experiencing high amounts...blah blah." Normally, I would chalk this up to something such as "busy season" or "patch week" or something similar, but I have at least 4 friends I have spoken to, who have placed tickets for similar issues as recent as yesterday, and already had them answered and taken care of. And yet....I am still waiting..... I have opened tickets on two other characters about the same issue, and....i am still waiting. My original ticket hasnt been edited or cancelled at all.
The original ticket was put in on the toon I am posting this on. Is there something that is keeping me lagging to the end of the list? If so, why? And what can i do to get this extremely simple matter taken care of?
