I was recently hacked... twice, and finally got an authenticator for my account. I have been in queue for probably 8-9 days now and I am fine with the wait and all however I have been panicking as of late.

The hackers took all gear/gold (what else is new) and as if that was not enough, they decided to transfer my character to a different server, completely destroying my arena ratings which was guaranteed gladiator.

So I need to know if blizzard will have the heart to restore my ratings or if I need to make some future plans. Thanks in advance.


P.S. How long have I been in queue?

Well, I can confirm you are in queue, Laser - and actually, at 9 days, 16 hours, you should be hearing from your Specialist relatively soon. Right now that queue is just a bit over 10 days.

As to your Arena Team, I'm afraid that is one of the few things we cannot restore, I am very sorry about that.
