I ring up and it says this number is d/c or unavailable

i email i get said that it can take up to 14 days its been 5 weeks and no reply

That account is closed....permanently.

There is chat evidence in great abundance from your normal location you knew exactly what you were doing, AND that is was against the rules. You also admitted you knew why it was banned yesterday AND that you'd been playing on private servers (which is quite likely where your compromise comes in by the way.)

That account is NOT going to be reopened. Making multiple posts on the subject is only going to put your posting privileges at risk, please don't do that.

The confusion came in with the compromise of THIS account and the error was in ever unbanning the one in question, not the ban itself.

Normally I'd recommend an appeal, but this has already been extensively reviewed by multiple supervisors and upheld.
