Being incredibly bored, I wandered over to my Battle.net account (you know, in case they gave me a beta key and they want to be hush about it) and noticed new TOU were to be taking effect. So I read it. It was pretty standard stuff up until the very last point.

I have one question: What constitutes an act of God?
