Unable to log in due to authentication..

Hi..

I don't know if anyone one else have the same problem as me but after the 24 hour maintainance i can't log back into my account.. I got a login fail after input my authentication code.. I have tried it in game as well as battle net account both are unable to login.. So i resycn my mobile authenticator and retry again but it still doesn't work..

The only place that i am able to login is my mobile amoury and character seems to be ok.. So i think most likely it should be the authentication problem.. If anyone have the same problem please give me some advise on this matter..

When you say re-sync, are you using the feature....or taking the authenticator off and putting it back on the account, I see where that was done on 6/4.

You are also using the newest password that was sent on 6/9?

No, doesn't look locked out.

Not quite sure why this isn't working if you are certain of your password and ID.
