Mobile AH subscription not active

Hello there. I got a mobile armory subscription a day or two ago - and it currently says I have 27 days remaining... but every time I try to access the mobile armory as of now it says I need to upgrade my subscription. When I go back into account settings it says I have active time remaining...

This also seems to be the case on my iPhone as well. Can you please fix this? This is incredibly frustrating...

Edit: Updated the subject title to AH instead of Armory.

I told him there were others having the same problem posting about it in this forum; I don't know if they'll take it seriously or not.


We always take player reports seriously, and I assure you that this situation won't be ignored. We'll be taking the necessary steps to investigate, and hopefully I'll have the ability to provide a definitive course of action soon.

Edit: Can you please post the exact error text you are receiving as well?

Indeed! The circumstances seem clear even if the causes are not.

Hopefully I'll have more information for you in the near future, but I want to reassure you all that this situation is being looked into as we speak.

First, I'd like to apologize if these issues with the Remote Auction House have caused any confusion or concern. It appears that a potential cause for this issue has been isolated, and our staff are working to address it. We currently expect those affected to have appropriate access to the World of Warcraft Remote Auction House system by some time on Tuesday, June 15th.
