That is a bit unfair, Laotsu, we have specific policies and procedures that we must follow. You had stated that you are unwilling to fulfill one of the requirements we have in place in order to remove an Authenticator that is currently on the account. The Billing Rep wanted to help, that doesn't mean that they'll be able to violate our policies to do so though.
In Sarkahnis's case it sounds like an authenticator was added during a compromise. In his case we should be able to help by varying when and how it was attached and asking him for some account specific information.
Sarkahnis, if you are unable to get through by phone I recommend also sending an e-mail from the registered address on your account.

This is currently locked....again, Fuhkawi. Unless you were doing illicit advertising, you've been compromised :)
You should have an email shortly with more instructions. This password has been changed a few times recently and they appear to be regaining access almost immediately. That indicates either a very active infection on your system, or they are into your email in most cases.
Please, please make sure of your system and email's security before you ask this be unlocked.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.
