In the case of a compromise, Locamotion, Kassian is correct in queue times are around 10 days or so. From looking at your petition though this looks like the character was simply deleted, correct?
If that is the case and you deleted your own character the wait should not be nearly as long since a full investigation will likely not be necessary. Queue times for such requests should be around 4-5 days.

Unfortunately some petitions when escalated to the appropriate request queue for their issue is showing the player the wrong message. There is nothing wrong with the petition itself, it is still in queue and will be addressed as soon as possible. It is just displaying a misleading message. I am sorry for what confusion that causes.
Just don't close your petition out and someone will be with you as soon as they can.
