I've gone back to the page where I was able to log in yesterday and all I get is run around. It asks me to enter my e-mail and then sends me a set up e-mail which has a link. Clicking that link takes me to the set up page where it wants me to set up the account and when trying it tells me it is already set up. There is a link to "recover" the account, which is the same as the one in the sticky here in this forum, which just sends me back into the same frustrating circle. I've been hitting redial trying to call the customer service number for an hour, in addition to the hour I tried last night and all I get is "unable to take your call at this time." Come on, Blizzard, You can do better than this. This is ridiculous and, at the risk of sounding melodramatic, I'm getting ready to just close my account and be rid of this. Any help would be appreciated.
