How can I stop this harassment?

There is a player on my server that constantly uses the lil-XT bot to spam 'I think I broke it' in Dalaran. He does this every day for hours on end and is always AFK...you can tell because he does it in exact 6 second intervals. There is no way to block this other then turn off my sound. Ignore is not an option not is /right click spam as its his robot doing this.

and he is using automation to do this every 6 seconds. He uses special characters in his same so even reporting him is difficult.
Is this behavior allowed? What can I do to stop it? I need to do things in Dalaran constantly and turning off my sound so that he may bot, spam and annoy hardly seems fair. I did open a GM ticket reporting his name the best I could.

It appears there was a misunderstanding and, as a result, your petitions were interpreted solely as bot reports and not harassment reports. As you may or may not know, these types of reports are handled much differently, as they deal with completely separate policies.

In-Game Support is now armed with the proper information, though, so this matter is being looked into again. We sincerely apologize for any frustration that may have been caused, but thank you for your reports!
