From what I can see, Rubymage, you completed the weekly on 6/15 at 10:32 GMT, which I believe would be after the daily/weekly reset time. Unless you are referring to a different character.

10:32 GMT is 2:32 AM PDT, Rubymage, I certainly hope you weren't in school.

No, that is a common misconception. Resets occur around 3AM, not always exactly at 3AM. It depends on your realm. I am sorry for the confusion, Rubymage.

Which would put 10:32 GMT at 5:32 AM EST, which is what Eredar is, an EST realm.

If as you say your daily/weekly quests reset exactly at 3AM realm time for your realm of Eredar, Rubymage, that still means that the quests would have reset 2 and a half hours before you had completed the weekly quest.
You completed the quest at 10:32 GMT which is 5:32 AM EST which would be 2:32 hours after you claim that your realm resets the quests.
