Error retrieving character list

Last week I was hacked and started the process of restoration, and about 5 hours ago i was whispered by a GM that i needed to log out while they restore my items. Anyway i waited a while, unsure how long i should stay logged off, but eventually i tried and it shows the errror in the title for my server. I can log on to other servers, just not mine.

It shows 11 characters for skywall, so i wasnt sure if this is normal and they are still restoring or something is wrong. I read some threads where people got this error, and created a new character to refresh the list, but im unable to do that as I now have 11 toons there lol.

Terribly sorry about that - I had the level one Pali dispatched. This should work for you now.

One small problem, and i was afraid this would happen when i read the email and the stuff they were restoring.

During the week I ditched tailoring which i had just finished leveling prior to being hacked, for the mounts, and started leveling jewelcrafting. They seem to have restored the tailoring XD. Will they fix this if i send an in game ticket.

We can certainly have a look to see if it's possible. They probably thought the compromiser had destroyed your profession - they do that sometimes.
