Unable to ginvite upgraded trial account

I have a friend who first tried a trial account, then upgraded it to a paid account. The 72 hour waiting period has passed (last night) and we are still unable to invite him to guild, give him items, etc. Did we miss a step? He hasn't received an email from Blizzard that his account has been upgraded yet.

Alternatively, is there a post someone could link that details the process step-by-step so we can get this resolved? Thanks.

I spoke to your friend in-game, Foulwind, and am testing something out with him right now. If you see this Leviastan, I do show your account as having been successfully upgraded, and I have done what I needed to, please feel free to log in again at this time.

From all of the information that I gathered, and I spoke with Billing & Account Services in length regarding this issue, it was nothing done "incorrectly" on his end. While I am unsure if there were flagging that they-Billing-altered or if it was a matter of an unusual length of time I do not know fully.

Sorry for the delay in response, Foulwind, I was not in the office yesterday. I am happy to hear that all of the restrictions have finally been removed from Leviastan's account , though, and that you were able to get him into the guild.
