Q u o t e:
best thing to do is report the chat language and ignore the player so you don't get grouped with em again
I'm truly sorry if you had a negative experience with this player, and I hope that this hasn't interfered with your enjoyment of World of Warcraft too much. We do have some measures in place to help address this kind of situation, as others have pointed out.
First, if you're ever exposed to inappropriate language, please feel free to submit an in-game petition, including the name and realm of the offending character, as well as what was said, and we'll be happy to investigate. While we will never reveal the actions taken against another player's account due to our privacy policies, you can rest assured that each situation of this nature is dealt with appropriately.
It's also a good idea to /ignore the player. In a cross realm instance, the syntax for that command is /ignore playername/realmname. This has the added benefit of preventing you from grouping with that player again. You might also want to /ignore the player to whom Leader was passed - as they enabled this character to return to the instance.
If you have other ideas for how the Dungeon Finder system can be improved, please feel free to post them constructively in our Suggestions forum.
Thank you for participating in the Dungeon Finder system, and I wish you better luck in the future.
