Restoration- 11 days no info?

Hi there, my account was compromised and reported on May 1st, and it is now the 11th. Nothing has been restored and I have not recieved any further contact from blizzard since reporting it.

One of my characters was transferred during this, and I recieved an email about it several days ago, that character has been locked for 3-4 days now but has NOT been transferred back and I get the message "You cannot log in until the character update process you recently initiated has been completed."

Any update on my status?

This is still in process, News. It's not quite 11 days old right now.

Our queues are running on the high end of 10 days for compromises, possibly a bit longer with the recent realm maintenance.

You should be hearing from your Specialist fairly soon on this, they will email you directly once they've finished your investigation.

Oh, perfectly understandable. If there hadn't been some small delays in connection with the recent realm maintenance, you would likely have already heard back on this one.
