Blizzard store pet code redeemed, not in mail

Hiya. So due to my being a worry wort, I'm naturally a bit worried as to where my adorable pet is. I had received my Wind Rider Cub in the mail today and redeemed my code over an hour ago via "https://us.battle.net/account/management/redemption/redeem.html&app=bam&rhtml=y" and logged into WoW to find... no pet. =( It was US battlenet, on my account, all went over to what I presumed "well".

Just curious if there is some backlog from the website being down today and there is going to be a delay from the website to in game mail or if there is another issue?
