I'm having some issues with my actions bars.

I'm guessing someone I toggled something on my keyboard and I'm not sure how to turn it off.

My problem is no every time I scroll over one of my spells on the action bar the name of it and rank pops up and when I cast the spell it shows how much of the cool down is left. Does anyone know how to turn this off? Thanks.

Did you check or uncheck "Enhanced Tooltips" under the Help section for your Interface options? You can get there by bringing up the Menu (ESC by default), selecting the "Interface" button then scroll down and select "Help", that should give you a list of check boxes dealing with tooltips.
