Is this a parent site for another country or is it a hack site? For sme reason it is the only site coming up on google and msn. No www.wowarmory at all.

There have been some cases when the top search result on Google leads to a malicious site, so it is usually best to steer clear from possibility visiting a bad page.
That being said, kr.wowarmory.com is indeed a legitimate website for the Korean World of Warcraft Armory.
