It looks like your case was forwarded for investigation, Mloteczek. Queue times are currently around 10 days for the overall restoration process. It looks like during the compromise the account earned a suspension, this should expire soon and will likely be dealt with during the investigation but you may want to write to our Account Administration department specifically to make sure the penalties are removed.

http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html?topicId=24702231244&sid=1 While the investigation is ongoing you should be able to play on any character that has was not transferred or faction changed during the compromise. Those services need to be reviewed and if the transfer/faction change took place during the compromise they should be able to reverse them.
