GM please check on my Character

I am one of the unlucky that have gotten stuck in limbo on a Faction Change. It has been 11 days so far since I paid for the change. I got the confirmation email saying it was complete. I have sent several emails and spent 2 plus hours on your Customer Service line. The GM's I have spoken too were friendly and sympathetic but this process is taking forever. It's extremely frustrating to say the least. I believe I have been patient enough.

Can you check on the progress on getting my character back? Character is Yazoo on Rexxar.

It looks like you were able to get through to our Billing department and get this matter resolved. Good luck, Yazoo.
