Best way to report exploit?

On Hellscream, there is a character who is under automated control killing same 3 mobs over and over. It is easy to tell as the pathing of this character is always the same after the kill in a very small area. It is able to kill, loot, do its pathing and attack when they respawn.

I noticed last night and reported it, they are still doing it 15-18 hours later. Is in game reporting the best or is this just allowed to go on and not worth reporting?
