Ticket open for 3 DAYS!!!

I have had a ticket on two of my charachers open for three days now. On one character I mailed my wife 100g and she has not received it. That has been three days.

I also transferred my character from warsong to ilidian and I do not have my celestrial stead which I purchased on all my characters.

If you can assist please let me know.

It looks like your mailing issue has been addressed, the Game Master discovered that you sent the mail to the wrong character and was able to return it.

As for your steed, I'll see if I can press a button or two and nudge that into your mailbox. If the nudging doesn't work we may need to send the mount manually.
