Frozen Account - Can't Renew Subscription?

Alright, I've been trying to renew my subscription for about three hours now and am starting to get extremely pissed off. I am using the pay by phone option and I DO meet all the requirements to do so. I have used this option last year as well with no problems whatsoever. However I quit WoW for awhile and am just now starting again. However, in the huge mess and confusion of trying to merge my WoW account with a newly created Battle.net account I started a free trial alongside my other account which is frozen. I have the original WoW and Burning Crusade downloaded onto my computer and my account is updated with them so I can use them. Ok, so here's my problem. I input my phone number for verification made the call and waited for the callback. I never got one. I tried to redo the process but this time upon entering my phone number it said it could not be verified. I redialed the number on my phone and this time I did receive a callback and it said my subscription had been updated and I could now play WoW. Only it still says my account is frozen and I can't log in. Please help. I'm leaving now but I will be back on later to give more info and answer questions that you may need to figure out what's wrong.

Derakol, out of curiosity, where able to work out the issues you were experiencing with PaymentOne, or did you opt to purchase a pre-paid game time card? You needn't answer is you don't feel comfortable; I'm just checkin' up on ya.
