Restoration status?

It doesn't appear so, but I imagine we'll be able to reach you (hopefully) within the next 24 hours hours. Wait times really do vary from day-to-day and from account-to-account, though, so I can't say for certain. Just hang tight and we'll start on your restoration just as soon as possible.

Syndri, whats the current wait time for me? I spoke with you earlier today, ive been waiting 11 days and they only restored ~30 gold. I emailed them back yesterday, just curious to know if you knew the initial wait time from then, considering I never really got anything restored that was lost.

I'm afraid I've no wait time to provide for a follow-up restoration, Fnatix. We usually try to respond to those emails within 72 hours, though.

I'm unable to say how much longer, but I can tell you that you've been in queue for roughly 5 and a half days at this point. :)

If that death knight will bump your total character count over 10 once your missing characters are restored, though, just be sure to delete it as you get closer to the 10-day mark. This will help prevent complications with login. :)

My recommendation would be to send an e-mail to [email protected] and give us a list of which characters still need to be restored, Megalomania, unless you have an in-game response in which you have the option to click the "Need More Help" option.

Just to clarify, from what I can see you believed you were compromised shortly after you stopped playing for a few weeks. Your compromise was reported to us last week. Your case was forwarded for investigation a little over 4 days ago. You should be contacted with the results of your investigation, Sylanux, in about 4-6 days.
