Time until restore?

well ive posted in here recently and i never got a blue post about if i was in the queue to be restored. i am hoping by this point that i am in the queue since it has been about 8-9 days. now i am just wondering what my exact time in the queue is along with the average wait time at the moment.

blue post would be MUCH appreciated

You've been in queue for approximately 8 days (just a few hours shy), Snoff. Unfortunately, as full account restorations are requiring a little over 10+ days at this time, this means you've still got a bit of a wait ahead of you—and for any inconvenience this may cause you, I do sincerely apologize. Our In-Game Support staff will assist with your account's recovery as soon as possible, though. Any patience you can lend us in the meantime is therefore greatly appreciated. :)

Does it go slower based on how many toons you have? Hate knowing its been almost 2 weeks. =/


You've been in queue for a just little bit over 10 days, Jellopudding, so it's possible we'll be able to get started on your restoration in 24 hours or so. It really all depends on how many accounts are ahead of you in queue and how long each of their restorations take to complete. :)

Have you checked your account's registered email address recently? It looks like your restoration may have completed yesterday.
