Celestial Steed Help

I purchased me celestial steed today about two hours ago. I haven't received it in-game despite relogging multiple times. In my transactions it says "queued" which makes me assume I'm in line to receive it but it doesn't give me a queue number. Is there a problem with it? If so I can I get some help receiving it? I tried to call Blizzard a bunch of times but they are "experiencing high call volumes" so they won't pick up. Any and all help would be appreciated.

While it can sometimes take a little while for these to be delivered, they are only sent at login.

If it's been more than a few hours, please do check on your next login into game to see if they've arrived in your mail.

If you haven't tried logging out and back in - please try that as well....and all the way to desktop, not just the character selection screen.
