I recently successfully purchased a steed from the blizz store, redeem the code and all the jolly fun stuff, but I did not log on to wow right after to check it because I was far too tired to do so, so I went to bed, this morning I logged onto my account, and I have no steed on any of my characters.. has this happened to someone? or am I just one of the unlucky ones. I have thought about calling the billing support to verify the problem, figured I post here first to see if anyone else had this problem.
We are looking into a few cases of this, this morning, Yukì. Seems like it may simply be a processing issue and finalization. I'd give this a bit more time, if that is the case, it should resolve itself.

I don't believe we are able to "nudge" it along at the moment, Marai. I am very certain that a petition will be unable to provide any results.
The matter is being looked into but thus far it looks like the redeemed pets and mounts are going through, they are just taking much longer than usually to arrive in the character's mail box. When we have additional news we will be happy to pass it along.
I am sorry for any frustration that this may have caused.
