B.net Account Name Change Question

Like many people, i made my account a long time ago. And just plain, was not thinking when i used my nickname and not my first name.

I want to take away 1 letter from the first name, and add 5, so hardly anything.

I went to customer support forums, ect, and i have a passport, state ID, birth cert. plenty to prove its me. but i really don't want to go through this to add 5 letters.

so,

Whats THE fastest way to get this done? the support e-mail form?
or can i call? what number?

I guess if i have to i'll send the form *sigh*
