I'm just wondering what my odds are of getting this taken off the ML and given to me: in ToC 25 today Death's choice dropped off twins and the ML took it saying it would be rolled on after anub due to people often ninja logging after winning it which was fine and all the melee agreed, after anub the ML distributed all loot save DC and then proceeded to log off (hasn't returned since) and the melee decided to roll anyway and the winner would have their name put in a ticket by everyone, evidently I won

So anyways what are the chances of this being given to me by a GM? Multiple people put tickets in, the guy is about to get kicked from his guild because of it and if I am to have to given to me what is the timeframe? 10+ days?

Without an investigation determining what happened and verifying that a scam took place, Tankthat, it would be premature to give odds. Based on what you claim happened it sounds like we may be able to help but these issues are rarely black and white.

Queue times for such issues are currently around 4-6 days. Make sure you leave your petition open and it will be addressed as soon as possible.

Good luck!

Q u o t e:
^ sorry

update: I received a letter in the mail regarding this from the person in question and he claims to have not ninjad the trinket but rather forgot about it and was in a hurry (shrug, maybe?) has opened a ticket with a GM to get it restored, however, he has been removed from his guild until this action is taken and that's pretty suck so I was wondering if this could at all be hurried? He has an open ticket saying that I was the winner, I have an open ticket saying I'm to be the receiver - surely that's a 5 minute job, right? :P

Once those petitions come up in queue, likely.

They may not do so for awhile, however. Petitions are currently running between 3 - 4 days, although we are trying to get to everyone as quickly as possible.
