How much longer till restoration estimates..

Well today a gm replied to my ticket saying that I was officially in the queue for restoration. It took 6 days for the gm to reply to my ticket and I read that it usually takes 10 days to restore... Does that mean that I am looking at another 10 days? Also six days ago when i called to get the authenticator removed off of my account the gm said he was submitting his own ticket to some sort of specialist team to investigate it... So I am curious if I am looking at about 4 more days or about 10 more days??

Your wait time usually starts from when you have submitting the original petition. So you would be in queue for a bit over 5 days thus far.
