Need Help i can;t Go threw billing for last 4

Last 4 days i been calling billing i could not go threw. and i been doing all day here as well. could i get some assistance here please.

some how i cant play my warrior. and i been waiting for while to be fix this issue..

1. i faction change from alliance to hord in serguras. then i exfer him from serguras to jubithos ocianic saver. before i faction change i cancelled couple time because it was taking to long and at last it work,

2 the transfer work as well. i played on for while on jubithos. then after log of i got emails saying that my account got banned for 3 hours for spams then my account got locked and i hard resend emails etc to comfirm that is my account they send me pwd reset and it working find but the problem is i cant play my main which layllow. i dont know the reason but to days i went to the bank to check on my credit card. and it looks like billing did not charge me the exfer and the faction. change and i thing that why i cant play it.


3 i would like to pay for what ever mony i own billizard but i need my warrior fix ASAP i been waiting for days now. and felling bihind my arean team and also on my raids.. the billing 1800041378 does work i been trying that for like last 6 days.. if there away we can solve this problem online please help me out..

i am more then happy to pay the owing mony which is 30$+$25 US doler.

i need blue here who can sort things out with me since i can't rich billing on the phone i am more then happy to online paybal or visa card which ever.

It looks like there was an issue with the transaction, Layllow, this likely resulted in the character becoming locked until it is straightened out.

Our Billing Reps are working from 7 AM PDT to 8 PM PDT but as you may have noticed lines are fairly busy. Though I recommend continuing to call during business hours you may also want to send an e-mail or webform from the registered address for the account.

Make sure you include a phone number and times that you may be reached, though I can not guarantee it they may be able to call you instead.
