Just did a race change of a faction change!

As the subject states, I went through with a Race Change for my character instead of a Faction Change. When I scrolled and clicked, I thought I had hit Faction. This happened just a few moments ago.

Unfortunately, Cara, only our Billing and Account Service reps have access to those services. Since this was done recently they very well may be able to help so I would encourage you to call them during business hours. They may be able to reverse the Race Change request which should allow you to initiate the Faction Change you originally wanted.

The message usually indicates that the queue is full and that we are unable to assist you at this time. Keep trying during business hours though, sometimes it is a matter of luck of getting through. Our staff is working through the calls they get as quickly as they can to help as many people as possible.
