I have been trying to upgrade my wife's refer a friend account. It keeps telling me that the credit card number is wrong. Any ideas?

Wrong or Invalid, Rudoc?

Such errors may indicate that the provided payment method is incompatible in some way with the selected online purchasing system (in this case, a digital upgrade). This doesn't mean that the payment method is invalid or in poor standing. Rather, it's just a sign that something isn't syncing up with the online transaction.

In these situations, it's sometimes best to first ensure that the account's billing information is up to date.

Try clearing your browsers cookies and cache or even try an alternate brower.
