Queue Status Update Request

Any chance I can get confirmation on my status in the queue to get my hacked account investigated/restored? I was emailed a 10 day wait period but it's been around 12 so far. Anyone know if queue days are business days only or includes weekends as well? I've missed two weekend sessions with my buds so far, I'm starting to wonder if I should just unsubscribe until my issues are resolved, not sure it's worth it to keep paying for a game I'm not playing...

We work 24/7, Glunk, so queue times include weekends. :)

Though queue times are averaging around 10 days currently some cases may take a bit longer. Looking at yours, Glunk, you will likely be contacted fairly soon.

I don't have a magic readout the tells me when your cases may be done, I am basing it off how long your matter has been in queue. Lolitrollu, you reported your compromise a little over 9 days ago, so that is your place in queue. :)

The e-mail simply indicated that the address you were contacting us from an address not currently registered to the account so we were unable to provide any information on it. Your case is still in queue for investigation. Since your account is now registered to a new address the results of your investigation should be sent there and no longer to the old one. :)

I would have to say... absolutely, Snoff. Since it appears that your investigation has already been completed. Check your registered e-mail address for details but check your characters in-game. :)
