Yesterday I tried to loggin into my account and it requested a Auth. Code, but I never atached an Authenticator to it. I changed my password (both battle.net and e-mail) in a safe computer, but I'm unable to log into game or site (just forums).

I've tried to call blizzard's billing service from skype, but it's always full... and my english is not so good.

My friend logged into his account and told that my character stay logged all day long in Sholazar Basin. I think someone is using it for botting/farming.

Glad to hear Tech Support was able to assist, Lov.

And yes, I recommend authenticators to everyone :)

Do be sure to report if there have been any damages to your account as soon as possible.

Another sales promotion by Blizz... it's obvious that your account can get hacked even with an authenticator.

Not easily, if at all.

That takes an extremely nasty piece of malware AND has to be done in real time.

This is the same technology banks use, it's about as close to bullet-proof as anything on the Internet is likely to be anytime soon.

As for my 'sales promotion', we pass these on at cost - and in some cases a loss.

Any update on my other account? Once I get this fixed I am going to put my own authenticator on it. I have the free app from my ipod touch. I don't want this happening again.

I'd post in tech - or call billing in a bit Mudders.

I'm very sorry, with the realms offline, I can't even look at the moment for you.

I'm discussing the issues of this game. Don't get offended because people aren't pleased with your level of "service".
