Got hacked recently - Just need an update

I got hacked on the 6th June and since it was closing time for blizzard support I made a call to blizzard on the 7th June at 8am on the dot. I had to wake up at 3am NZ time.

Anyway, I talked to a staff on the phone who informed me that my account has been restored which it has and that he opened a ticket to a GM to have all my gear, items and gold restore.

However I don't see the open ticket when I go into the game and just wondering if I'm in the queue for my stuff to be restored and maybe perhaps give an insight as to where I am in the queue. In the middle?At the end?Nearly there?

Just wanna know an estimated date thats all.

I changed my name of my character like few months back but the forum is still showing my old name. Hmm I wonder why?

If a blizzard staff can answer my question above then I would be very grateful indeed

You do have an investigation open, Swine - it's at 6 days, 21 hours at the moment.

That queue is currently running just a bit over 10-ish days.
