Hi. I'm getting an error at the blizzard store

illegal byte sequence in encoding

I finally went to go buy an authenticator. Had money this month round. =D. Can a staff member please check if it went through?

Actually, it looks like it may have, Ei.

At least, I see an amount here just very recently that looks like it would be correct with tax.

I'm afraid I cannot see into the system deeper than that. Have you checked your Account Management page to see if it's showing?
