Upgraded from trial but it created a new acc

So i bought 2 hours ago a digital cdkey on blizzard store . When the payment was done , they proposed me to add it to my bnet account. clicked yes. But instead of upgrading my trial , it made a new account. I dont want a new account , i want my trial account upgraded because i have a lvl 20 hunter on it and want to RAF with my friend. Anyone can help me?

While it may not be something you deem difficult, Skak, the fact of the matter is that we generally respond to issues on a first come first serve basis. Billing & Account Services currently has about a five day response time on e-mails. If you are not interested in calling, then you are going to be waiting roughly that long.

I promise, we are not ignoring you. :0P

They may have a few questions, depending on the level of detail in your e-mail. If that is the case, your response will receive priority over freshly received e-mails.
