We are currently aware that redeemed pet and mount codes such as the Wind Rider Cub and Gryphon Hatchling as well as the Celestial Steed are not immediately appearing in player mailboxes.
The matter is being looked into, thus far it does appear that the pets and mounts are being delivered just not as quickly as normal. It seems to be taking several hours to a few days for the pet/mount to arrive.
While we do not have an estimate for when this issue will completely resolved, we will provide updates in this thread when they become available. If you are experiencing this issue please reply to this thread with the following information:

Date of purchase/Code Redemption
