Pet and Mount Redemption Delays

Update 06/25:

Please rest assured that this issue remains under investigation and is a priority for all involved. While we do not yet have an ETA for when pet and mounts purchased from the Blizzard Pet Fore will mail more quickly, we will continue to provide updates as they become available.

Greetings all,

We are currently aware that redeemed pet and mount codes such as the Wind Rider Cub and Gryphon Hatchling as well as the Celestial Steed are not immediately appearing in player mailboxes.

The matter is being looked into, thus far it does appear that the pets and mounts are being delivered just not as quickly as normal. It seems to be taking several hours to a few days for the pet/mount to arrive.

While we do not have an estimate for when this issue will completely resolved, we will provide updates in this thread when they become available. If you are experiencing this issue please reply to this thread with the following information:

    Pet or Mount purchased
    Date of purchase/Code Redemption

Thank you all for the information you have provided thus far. From looking into many of these myself it does appear that redemption of these pets/mounts are going through and the pets/mounts will show up within a few days if not sooner.

We continue to look into getting the items to you shortly after you redeem the code though. Thank you for your patience while this matter is being looked into.

This is still being looked into folks, but everyone above this post SHOULD have received their pets.

If you find this is not the case after relogging and checking your mailbox, please do let us know. It's fine to post again on the account in question with the same standard information and we'll be happy to take a look on an individual basis.

Hello all.

Many of those who originally posted in this thread have received their mount and/or pets.

Those who posted after Orylia's update in post #576 may soon receive their item in the mail.

She will be posting in this thread to let you know that she has attempted to push the shiny button and get the pet/mount to send. Our troubleshooting step works in some cases but not all so once she has posted here and said that she is caught up with those who have posted please make sure you log out of the client completely before logging back in and checking your mail.

In an effort to help others in the same situation we have created a new thread. If you have posted here and have not yet received the pet/mount you redeemed in the your in-game mailbox please post the requested information again in the following thread.

Folks, if you've posted between my last post at #576 and now, please try logging completely out to desktop - rebooting WoW (provided you are on at the moment), then check your mailbox.

Hopefully *crosses paws*, your new friend will be waiting for you.
