Where is my celestial steed.

anyone else not get the celestial steed they ordered.........sent in a email and all ive got is a stupid automated response saying....weve recieved your email....well honestly FIX THE ISSUE AND GIVE ME WHAT I PAID FOR......seriously.....tried calling and ill get is....we are recieveing a high volume of calls at this time and can not take your call please try again later........
