I want to do another refer a friend but do not remember how the redemption of the mount works. The FAQ is unclear.

Basically I want to do refer a friend as the person doing the referral in order to get the mount on my main toon. The problem I have is that the account that toon is on has 9 characters already and I want the new toons to be on this same realm.

I have an inactive account with no toons on this realm that would be perfect to to do RAF with that I could reactivate.

My question is if I do the referral with my inactive account (after reactivating) could I then redeem the mount on my main account.? Both accounts are merged into the same batle.net

Q u o t e:
My only points of clarification needed are if I can redeem the mount on my main account or must it be on the referring account.

Only the veteran account will eligible to redeem the Recruit-A-Friend in-game mount. This reward cannot be moved to the recruit account—or any other account, I'm afraid, even if they're merged with the same Battle.net account.

Also I would like to know if the 20% increased XP bonus of BOA gear stacks with the triple XP bonus of refer a friend. The last time I did RAF BOA gear was not in the game yet.

Yup! The bonuses stack additively. Just a reminder, though, since it's a been a while since you've participated in the Recruit-A-Friend program, triple experience will not stack with rested experience. It won't consume it either, though, so that rested experience will just chill out until your character is no longer receiving triple experience. :)
