I've had my ticket open 5 days now:(

I placed a ticket to get my deleted character restored 5 days ago, still no response! Someone anyone please tell me how much longer this is going to take. I've called, I've emailed, still nothing:(

This is open, Purelace, but normal queues at the moment are running about 3-4 days.
